Jack Catalanotto began teaching at Rock School in 2016. He is a guitarist and vocalist, who also teaches piano, bass, drums, and band. Jack has been musically active since he was old enough to remember. After developing a passion for singing and experimenting on several different instruments, he decided to take up the guitar at age 13. Since then, he’s performed in a wide variety of groups, including all manner of vocal groups, small and large jazz ensembles, and original bands. In 2017, he graduated from Webster University with a degree in jazz performance. Jack places a high value in creativity and spontaneity and his greatest hope as a teacher is to help his students get in touch with those aspects of themselves.
